Through the implementation of Microsoft Office 365, as a platform for productivity, communication and collaboration of an enterprise type, it was possible to impact processes in transcendental areas of the company, such as customer service and contact center, which meant a decrease in technical support incidents related to the availability and capacity of the mail service, and increasing the productivity of staff by having modern tools that would simplify their daily activities.
